I’m running for County Commissioner in Dist. 4 because Jefferson County needs strong leadership to balance the promises of economic progress with the priorities of environmental preservation. As your County Commissioner, I’ll protect our unique atmosphere against the special-interests who want to develop and expand our community with no regard for what has made this county so special.
Is more than a campaign slogan, it’s my attitude toward preserving and protecting our community now and into the future. Our community is under a lot of pressure to develop and build out for the sake of expansion. We cannot afford to have elected officials playing politics with our county’s future. Now more than ever, we need a county commission that works closely together with a shared vision for the future of our community.
My vision begins with a commitment to conduct myself as your next county commissioner with the highest level of character, integrity, and transparency. Over the course of my campaign, I’ll be posting here on my website the issues that matter to me and the citizens of District 4.
Right now, I’m introducing myself to my neighbors and citizens around Jefferson County who have concerns about education, jobs, sprawl, infrastructure, economic development, fiscal integrity, employee morale, and many other issues that I find important.
